Thank you for your purchase!  See below for information on our fish guarantee.

Warranty Specifics:

This warranty is only applicable for local customers (pick-up and delivery) and must be paid on date of purchase.

Price:  $10 per fish

Length:  Up to 14 days from date of purchase, only.  The warranty is no longer valid after the 14 days from DOP.  

Conditions:  

• A photo of each fish demise/death is required.
• Each photo must be sent to us within the 14 day period. 
• Any photos received past the required 14 days will not be valid. 
• Photos must be sent to our email:  dencodiscus@gmail.com 
• Include a brief description of the fish in your email.

Important Notice:  If you choose not to purchase the warranty, all fish are guaranteed for 2 days after date of purchase.  Photos must be sent to our email  within the 2 days for fish replacement. All sales are final, no returns or exchanges.
